I am thrilled to pass on an email of thanks received from the Deputy Principal at Galston High School which speaks highly of Oliver and the Team.
This email was sent to myself, Faisal from Serco/FFA, she copied in the School Principal and the Director of Educational Leadership (DEL) the DEL is the Principals boss.
This project had significant challenges in getting to awarding of the insurance works. From the moment approval was provided every hand was on deck. The works could not have been undertaken more seamlessly for the School. I repeat Julia’s words, Olivers communication, diligence and high standards shone brightly.
The School had suffered for some time with compromised and reduced teaching and staff spaces, this project was delivered well within time and in accordance with the Scope. The understanding of Oliver and his team in accommodating some of the School requests helped this project run very smoothly and with minimal impact to the School.
Oliver – thank you, it is a pleasure working with you.

I wanted to let you know how impressed we have been here at North Sydney Girls with the level of commitment Oliver has shown in getting the two doors replaced and completed. As you are aware, this job has been pending for a long time with many issues with contractors completing the work.
Oliver, visited yesterday morning, measured both doors and said he could complete the job by yesterday afternoon if the quote was acceptable to move forward immediately. He spent yesterday afternoon purchasing the doors and even checked in with me to ask if we would like the addition of a hydraulic door closer added to the internal door. to ensure the door always closes automatically when the girls are getting changed and when it does, it will do so gently. This was an additional purchase.
Within half an hour, Oliver text me to let me know he had fixed the issue by manipulating the mechanism. Through this whole job, he showed so much initiative and was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend Oliver Louw from Multi Trade Solutions for any future jobs at our school in future.
